The Town of Lisbon is hiring!  We are seeking to fill vacant full-time Firefighter/EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic positions to our team. These are union, non-exempt roles represented by IAFF Local 5451 and governed by a current three-year contract.

Work Schedule-

42-hour workweek. The initial schedule consists of 12-hour rotating shifts:

  • Two days on, two off
  • Three days on, two off
  • Two days on, three off

Once fire station lodging is provided, the schedule will shift to a 24/48–24/96 cycle in accordance with union contract.

The Lisbon Fire Department is an all-hazards agency, providing firefighting, EMS, ice and water rescue, and technical rescue services.
